When a customer finds a product they are interested in, they can tap a button to send an enquiry directly to us via WhatsApp. We then respond personally to confirm the item's availability and its current price.

It is primarily an informational catalogue and a convenient way for customers to reach us on WhatsApp. Online payments, where applicable, are processed securely through Razorpay.

We also offer Subornam, a jewellery advance booking scheme for customers who wish to plan their jewellery purchase in advance.

When you click the "Enquire on WhatsApp" button for any product, your WhatsApp application will open with a pre-filled message containing the name of the item you are interested in. This message is sent directly from your WhatsApp account to our shop's verified WhatsApp Business number.

We use WhatsApp only to:

• ✓Payment Data: Instalment payments for the Subornam jewellery advance booking scheme are processed securely through Razorpay, a licensed payment gateway. These are retail purchase instalments for a specific jewellery item — not a financial subscription or investment. We do not store your card, bank account, or UPI details; all payment data is handled by Razorpay.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any third-party advertisers or data brokers. Subornam savings records are kept strictly confidential and used only for scheme administration. Your data may be processed by our hosting provider (Vercel) and database provider (Supabase) solely to operate the website. Both providers are bound by strict data protection agreements.
