This website (darshanabhushan.com) is an online product catalogue for Shri Darshan Abhushankala Kendra, a gold and silver jewellery showroom located in Ganj Basoda, Madhya Pradesh. The purpose of this site is to display our jewellery collection and allow customers to send enquiries via WhatsApp. It is not a financial platform, investment service, or regulated financial product.

Every piece of gold jewellery sold by Darshan Abhushan is BIS Hallmarked, certifying the purity of the metal. Appropriate invoices and certificates are provided for all gold, silver, and diamond purchases as per Indian consumer protection norms.

Subornam is a jewellery advance booking scheme offered by our showroom. It allows customers to reserve a specific jewellery item by paying in monthly retail instalments over a fixed period. This is a retail purchase arrangement — not a financial investment, savings plan, chit fund, or any form of regulated financial instrument.

Upon completing all instalments, the customer receives the reserved jewellery item at the price agreed at the time of booking. Customers who miss instalments or wish to cancel should contact us directly via WhatsApp or visit our showroom. Refunds and adjustments are handled on a case-by-case basis as per our showroom policy.

Our website provides a convenient "Enquire on WhatsApp" button for each product. Clicking this button opens WhatsApp with a pre-filled message on your device. You choose whether to send the message. We use this channel solely to answer your product questions, confirm availability, and provide current pricing. We will never initiate unsolicited contact.

Jewellery prices are linked to live market rates for gold and silver and are subject to change. Displayed rates include applicable GST. The final purchase price is confirmed at the time of sale and includes the prevailing market rate plus making charges and applicable government taxes. Any regulatory changes will be reflected in the final invoice issued at our showroom.

Due to the nature of precious metals and standard jewellery trade practices, returns may be subject to making charge deductions or adjustments based on the market rate at the time of return. Customised or specially ordered jewellery cannot be cancelled once production has commenced. Please contact us via WhatsApp or visit our showroom to discuss any concerns.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of this website or our services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Vidisha, Madhya Pradesh.
